Q. Who Should Register?
A. Graduates from Lake Zurich High School Class of 1968, who are going to the reunion, or think they may attend the reunion, will need to register. Registering will give the Reunion Committee an idea of the number of people who will be attending the two day reunion at the Marriott Lincolnshire. You will be placed on a mailing list to receive updated Reunion information. You can register on the website by clicking on the Register tab on the menu bar.
Q. I am bringing a guest, does my guest have to register also?
A. No, your guest will be made a part of your registration. Your guest does not have to register separately.
Q. I don’t know yet if I want to bring a guest. Can I register without a guest and then add a guest later?
A. Yes, you will be able to add a guest, or delete a guest after registering until a date TBD. Whenever you log in, on the first screen you will see your Profile screen, or while you are logged in click on “My Profile“. From here you can change any of the information you entered during registration.
Q. How can I pay for the reunion?
A. Payments will be made through this website, by clicking on “Make A Payment” on the Menu Bar. You can use your PayPal account or a credit card. Or, you can write a check, made out to LZ CLASS REUNION and send it to Denise Neufeldt. For security reasons, the address is not published here. Email the Committee for the correct address. Full payment must be made by date TBD. Payments will not be accepted at the door.
Q. Do I have to pay all at once or can I make partial payments?
A. You can pay your total balance at any time or you can make up to 3 partial payments. Any more than 3 partial payments will result in a fee of $10 added to your balance. There will not be a charge if you make three or less payments. The website will keep track of your balance.
Q. What is the cancellation policy?
A. You will be able to cancel your Reunion registration and receive a refund for what you have paid thus far, up until a date TBD. No refunds will be given after the cutoff date.
Q. How can I contact the reunion committee?
A. You can contact the reunion committee by clicking on “Contact Us” on the Menu Bar. These emails will be sent to the Committee members.
Q. How will I know how much I have paid?
A. You will receive a Payment Confirmation in your email whenever you make a payment. Plus, whenever you login, or click on “My Profile“, you will see your reunion balance along with your profile information as you entered it.
Q. Will we get a break on a Hotel Room Rate?
A. A block of rooms have been reserved at the Marriott Lincolnshire. A special rate will be assigned to this block of rooms. How to make the room reservations will be made available to you. The Group Code Name will be made available which will give you the Group Rate. You have until TBD to get the special rate.
